About Us

Our Core Values:

We say “yes!”

We’ve all worked for organizations and people who tell you what you CAN’T do and WHY. Our team says YES and then figures out how to get there.

We are inspired by our work

For us, careers are not only about making money. We believe in devoting our talents and time to work that inspires, excites and challenges us – and you. At the end of the day, our names are on our work (not always literally) so we make sure it’s something we are proud of.

We love agriculture

Even our staff members who don’t come from farms have worked in the industry long enough to share the same appreciation, respect and love for the Canadian agriculture industry. We’re all about ag, and it shows!

We believe in customer service

Have you ever worked with a big agency and been less than impressed? Same. When you hire us, you aren’t getting a “third-party service provider.” You are getting an in-house communications team (and maybe even new friends).

We believe in using our powers for good

We know we’re not superheroes, but we do believe in the power of communications to change lives and make or break organizations. We also believe we are super lucky to live where we do and work in this amazing industry.
